This super 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom villa is ideally situated in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen called Las Villas, 400 metres from the yellow sandy beach of Los Poscillos and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Beautifully furnished the villa comprises 2 large bedrooms, one double with full en-suite bathroom and one twin bedded room with an additional full bathroom. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and provides full cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. In the lounge there are two comfortable sofas, TV, video player, digital TV There is also a c.d. hi-fi system for music lovers The swimming pool is approximately 6 x 4 metres and can be heated. Patio furniture and sun beds complete with cushions are provided for clients comfort. There is also a BBQ for al fresco dining. The laundry room is complete with washing machine.
